Hey! I'm Lisa Johnson.
I'm an Army spouse and a VA mortgage loan officer with Trident Home Loans. I've packed the boxes, waited on the orders, and bought a home at a base I barely knew.
I know how many moving parts a PCS purchase has. School enrollment, TMO dates, a spouse in the field the week you need a signature. And I know how alone it can feel when you're the one holding it all together.
That's why I do this work. Military families shouldn't have to piece together a home purchase from Facebook threads at 10pm. You deserve a lender who understands the timeline, explains the numbers in plain English, and picks up the phone.
Today I'm licensed in 12 states, with most of my families buying in Virginia (Hampton Roads, Newport News and Yorktown), North Carolina and Alaska. When my own family PCSes, I add that state too.
